A refurbished laptop computer does not indicate that it is second hand. Most refurbished laptops are either Cancelled returns or end of line products.
A cancelled return constitutes an item that has technically been sold and then returned by the customer. However, the product may not even have been unwrapped and in any case, it will have been fully checked and tested when it reaches our warehouse.
When a manufacturer introduces a new line of products or a new model, old stock is sometimes sold on. We buy these items in bulk, then sell them onto you, at discounted prices. It may mean that the model is a number of months out of date, but it means you get a fantastic piece of kit at a realistic price.
We would like to stress that refurbished does NOT mean second hand (a commonly held misconception).
If you are looking to buy a Laptop, consider buying refurbished and lighten the load on your pocket.
